What does compliance software cost in South Africa?

Which regulations does a South African SME actually face?
Almost every SA business processes personal information (POPIA) and files with SARS. B-BBEE becomes commercially unavoidable once large corporate buyers enter the pipeline; government tenders now award preference points on specific goals each organ of state sets, rather than on the B-BBEE scorecard.
