Hours tracked against the BN 194 §12 cycle targets by class count, per person, with the shortfall visible months before the cycle closes rather than at attestation.

A complaints register with a working SLA clock
Every complaint runs against the General Code of Conduct service-level clock, counted in working days and excluding SA public holidays. Escalated complaints get the FAIS Ombud response bundler: a six-week countdown and a composed evidence package you review before anything leaves.

The annual ICMP report, drafted
Pro tenants get a Komply-drafted Internal Compliance Monitoring Programme report (FAIS §17(1)(d)) composed from the live register data across CPD, complaints, COI, fit-and-proper and cyber. You edit every section; the FSP principal signs off and owns the document.

Debarred-register checks at every hire
Each new KI or Rep is checked against the FSCA's debarred-persons register at capture, with strong matches blocking creation unless overridden in writing. Pro tenants get a weekly re-check across the active roster with an alert on new matches.

Questions
Does Komply replace my Compliance Officer?
No. The judgment calls — suitability, interpretation, sign-off — stay with a human who carries professional responsibility. What Komply replaces is the assembly work: the register upkeep, the CPD chase, the ICMP drafting that consumes CO hours (and CO invoices) without needing CO judgment.
Does Komply submit anything to the FSCA for me?
No. The FSCA's submission surfaces (FAIS Online, SmartReg, the Representative Register upload) require FSP credentials and offer no third-party API. Komply generates the audit-ready documents and surfaces the deadlines; you upload yourself.
